Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused

The item is unworn

The item is in original packaging

Hygiene liners (if applicable) are intact

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or tried without protection cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or washed swimwear

Items without original packaging

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Start a Return

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Our team will provide return instructions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days

Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us and we’ll assist depending on stock availability.
